What Is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is an umbrella term for practices that work with the body's natural life force, known as Qi in Chinese tradition, Prana in yogic tradition and Ki in Japanese Reiki.
Rather than focusing on one symptom, energetic healing looks at the whole person: body, mind and spirit.
Most people describe a session as deeply relaxing. Many feel warmth, tingling or a sense of calm settling in, and some simply fall asleep. Afterward, clients often say they feel lighter, clearer and more grounded.
Energy healing is a complementary wellness practice. It works alongside medical care, not in place of it.

Reiki Healing
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice in which the practitioner uses a light touch or holds their hands just above the body to support relaxation and balance. RoninWolf is a certified Reiki Level 3 practitioner. I
n-person sessions take place on the table either as a standalone or during a bodywork treatment. It can also be done at a distance (online session).
Distance Reiki (Online)
Can't make it to Downers Grove? Distance Reiki lets you receive a session from home, wherever you live.
You'll agree on a time, rest somewhere quiet while the session takes place, and then have a short follow-up to talk through what you noticed.
Accunect
Accunect, also known as Future Medicine or Needleless Acupuncture, is a gentle, non-invasive, energy-based approach that helps release stored stress and restore balance between mind, body, and spirit.
It's a good fit for anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and wants a calm, structured way to reset.
BioCharger NG
The BioCharger NG combines light, frequency, harmonics, and voltage in a single relaxing session.
Many clients pair it with Reiki or Accunect for a deeper reset.

What to Expect in Your First Session
A short conversation about how you're feeling, what brought you in and what you'd like from the session.
You rest fully clothed on a treatment table while RoninWolf works through Reiki, Accunect or a combination, depending on what you need.
Most sessions last about 60 minutes. Many clients feel calm and lighter right away. Some notice the effects over the next day or two.
You'll talk through what came up and leave with simple breathing or grounding practices to carry the session into your week.
